This position is responsible for store execution of Home Appliance and Mattress business objectives and member focused selling within assigned market to drive sales. Responsibilities include communication, performance leadership support at store level, business partner relationship optimization between store and Hoffman Support Center, and associate development. This position will assist the Store Manager by providing training and coaching on visual presentation, planogram and floor plan execution, associate retention and coaching and general process execution. This position will also lead and participate in SWAT visits to underperforming markets as needed.
Drives Home Appliance and Mattress revenue and margin growth and improvement in business metrics (attachment rate and protection agreements) and member experience.
Provides disciplined leadership including setting clear expectations and holding the team and self accountable for Home Appliance and Mattress business results. Provides clarity and guidance to store teams regarding product assortment, business strategies, presentation expectations, and selling processes and tools.
Educates stores and associate on integrating Shop Your Way (SYW), Shop Sears, Store to Home, and digital tools into the selling strategy to Serve, Delight, and Engage our members while they shop their way.
Partners and builds strong relationship with the market's District Managers, Store Managers to drive synergies and execution of initiatives across designated market.
Serves as liasion between field teams and Hoffman Support Center to ensure flawless Home Appliance and Mattress business execution.
Develops business strategies with field leadership and conducts gap analysis to identify and eliminate roadblocks to greater sales. Focuses on recruiting, hiring and developing top talent for sales associate and management opportunities.
Evaluates competitive landscape, keeps abreast of industry trends, and conducts market evaluations and develops and executes strategies to constantly optimize sales position in market.
Provides feedback to Hoffman Support Center and facilitates post-mortem reviews of business initiatives.
Maintains a global view of the region and its competition and fosters an environment of innovation and creativity.
Works with format leadership to identify needs and facilitate training at all levels of field management. Provides timely feedback between field team and Hoffman Support Center regarding training program effectiveness.
Helps set and monitor member service and operations standards across all formats within designated market.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
