Greet Patients and provide excellent customer service.
Ensures patients signed in and checked in.
Completes Patient intake and data entry of patient intake forms Gathers and processes important supporting documents from patients Schedules patient appointments Calls patients to schedule and confirm appointments Processes payments Send referrals and correspond with referral centers Answer the phone and correspond administrative departments Various clerical and receptionist duties.
Must be able to train during the weekdays.
