Job DetailsJob DetailsSupervise quality assurance technicians to ensure compliance with all quality and food safety standards.
Drive performance improvements and address QA personnel performance issues in alignment with HR guidelines.
Conduct regular audits for food safety requirements and instill a culture of accuracy and compliance.
Analyze production issues to identify root causes and implement sustained improvements.
Prepare and provide a range of training for employees to enhance knowledge and skillsets.
RequirementsB.
S.
in Food Science, Science, or a Technical Discipline.
Minimum of one to three years of experience in Quality Assurance within the food industry.
Strong technical understanding of food processing and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
Excellent communication skills, with bilingual English/Spanish capabilities preferred.
Experience with ISO 22000 or equivalent quality management systems is advantageous.
