The cleaner should be able to perform the required tasks in a timely manner and follow all guidelines and procedures.
Perform daily activities - mopping, sweeping, remove trash, clean bathrooms, desks, offices, breakrooms, sinks, etc.
Vacuum carpets Clean interior glass for smudges and fingerprints Maintain exterior entrance areas to be clean and free from debris Clean outside utilities and customer areas Perform weekly and monthly tasks (dusting, vent cleaning, baseboards, etc.
) Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
Knowledge and experience to mix and use cleaning chemicals and equipment appropriately Maintain inventory of supplies and order as needed Maintain cleanliness and report any maintenance issues to appropriate pertson Follow all OSHA rules and procedures Be punctual and report at job site as required per schedule Skills Have a proven performance of commercial cleaning, possess a positive attitude and good work ethic ability to work independently have own transportation Valid driver's license or state issued ID Must have a HS diploma or GED Job Type:
