Automotive Internal Service Advisor Position
Summary:
The Internal Service Advisor is responsible for opening repair orders for all new and used inventory to perform Pre-Delivery Inspections and Used Car Inspections.
Dispatching the work to technicians.
Properly coding and flagging.
Being knowledgeable of where each inventory unit is in the process.
To keep an eye on a timely turn from receiving vehicles to having them lot ready to sell.
May, from time to time assist the other advisors with regular customer work and assist the Service Manager with any duties assigned Greet customers in a timely, friendly, and professional manner.
Communicate with customers who are waiting that they will be helped soon.
Language Skills:
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
Reasoning Ability:
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
Educational:
High school diploma or the equivalent.
