Job Description:
We are currently seeking experienced professionals for the role of unarmed security guards for a Special Event in the Clayton County area on July 1st from 1pm to 10pm.
The ideal candidate should possess a professional demeanor, maintain a well-groomed appearance, and have the ability to enforce event rules and regulations while building positive relationships with event guests.
Additionally, excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as strong observational skills, are essential for this position.
Responsibilities:
1.
Conduct traffic control, patrolling, and monitoring activities on the event premises.
2.
Utilize provided communication devices, such as two-way radios, to communicate clearly and concisely.
3.
Control the entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and vehicles following established protocols.
4.
Promptly alert the appropriate personnel or authorities in the event of suspicious or criminal activities.
5.
Adhere to all security protocols and procedures established by the company.
6.
Maintain a professional demeanor and appearance while on duty.
7.
Prevent illegal or inappropriate actions by maintaining a highly visible presence.
Requirements:
1.
High school diploma or equivalent.
2.
Valid D-License.
3.
Minimum of 1 year of security experience.
4.
Excellent customer service skills.
5.
Prior security or law enforcement experience is preferred but not required.
6.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
7.
Ability to remain calm and respond quickly in emergency situations.
8.
Physical fitness and the ability to stand, walk, and climb stairs for extended periods.
9.
Pay rate of up to $20.
00 per hour.
This is a one-time special event, but successful candidates will have the opportunity for future full-time and on-call employment with our company based on their performance.
