You will be responsible for a team of outside sales reps, maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans and identifying keys markets for your team to work.
Responsibilities General manager of a team of outside sales reps for a roofing company Coach and manage sales people in maintaining contact and gaining appointments.
Budgets:
Manage sales budget, accounts, and expenditures Reporting:
Maintain accurate daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports on sales activities, lead generation, and team performance.
Review:
Job file review for accuracy, profitability, and proper customer expectations.
Building:
Responsible for developing and leading your team of professional outside sales representatives including hiring process.
Meet and/or exceed individual sales goals for team of outside sales reps Motivate sales associates and guide them to create a higher sales performance Assist with closing sales, customer issues and customer satisfaction throughout the project Create, improve, and adhere to company processes and best practice for customers satisfaction Develop marketing strategies and advertising to match regional demographics Integrate into and maintain a positive company culture Qualifications Minimum 3 years or more in residential sales, construction, and/or management.
Roofing experience with roofing sales experience being a big plus Experience in sales and/or managing a team of sales representatives Associates or BS preferred General computer skills with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office including MS Word and Excel Any type of outside sales rep experience for an extended period of time a plus also Job Type:
